Why limit yourself, when you can have meals with no limits. You simply do it like this. The cheese, guacamole and rice is not unlimited. These will pack on the calories quickly.That’s why you want to have these in a set amount. I recommend one avocado (guacamole), 30 grams of cheese and 50 grams of rice (or replace with cauliflower rice) per person. But eat as much as you want with the rest.

 Here is a example, but you can create it like you want

GUACAMOLE

  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 grams of skyr (optional)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

PICO DE GAYO (Eat as much as you like)

  • 3 big tomatos
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 Red or green pepper

FILLING

  • 30 grams of shredded cheese
  • 50 grams of rice or unlimited cauliflower rice
  • 200 grams of chicken
  • ½ a can of black beans

What to do:

THE SALSA / PICO DE GAYO

Dice the tomatoes, red onion and red or green pepper and mix.
Season with salt and pepper.

PROTEIN GUACAMOLE

Mash the avocado and mix with garlic and skyr.
Season with salt and pepper.

THE BURRITO BOWL

Simply add your the ingreedienst to the bowl you like and enjoy.
