The Pizza Diet

Is it possible to eat pizza every day and lose weight. On top of that. Is it possible to eat pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner and lose weight. The answer is ohh yeah. It’s not only possible, it’s amazing and easy.

Let me start off by saying that you don’t have to eat pizza three times per day if you don’t want to. It’s just an option.
Following this diet is simple. Each meal is one pizza with a big side dish of super tasty salat salat. This diet works because it leaves you in a caloric deficit each day. You have to make the pizza’s yourself. It will not work with restaurant pizza’s because they pack double the calories.

Breakfast is optional. If you’re not hungry in the morning, then don’t eat. Fasting longer periods is healthy. It’s called intermittent fasting and plenty of people do it for the health benefits. So, if you’re not hungry then save the calories for lunch and dinner instead. In all you’re meals it’s important that you get a good amount of protein and fiber.
